Free shipping on web orders over $175 (After Discounts & Before Shipping) within the contiguous U.S. that are placed online via our website. (Orders must total over $175 before shipping, handling and taxes are added) Free shipping is applied to the lowest cost shipping rate only.

Please Note the following regarding shipping and shipping policies:

AllStitch fulfills nearly all orders the same day.  Once your package(s) are in the hands of the freight carriers, we are not in control of delivery.  Our shipping times are based on service levels of the shipping providers such as UPS and US Postal Service. 

With US Postal Service, packages sometimes experience lengthy delays, with some rare occasions of orders taking up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. For Urgent Orders, We Are Still Recommending UPS.

PO Box Deliveries:

UPS does not deliver directly to USPS post offices or PO boxes; their policy is to only deliver to a valid street address, meaning they cannot deliver packages to a post office box as the USPS is the only carrier authorized to access PO boxes.

General Shipping Policy Information

  • We ship via UPS & US Postal Service. We ship all over the world.
    • We do not offer rush delivery service 
  • Shipping Charges can be calculated by the website once items are in your cart before you check out. Enter your State and Zip Code in the cart for shipping options and costs.
  • We only ship Monday - Friday and orders are usually shipped 1-2 business days after they are placed.
  • We make every attempt to ship orders with UPS next, second, & third day shipping that are placed before 2 pm EST, the same day they are placed.
  • The only delivery times that are guaranteed are UPS Next Day, Second Day, & Third Day.
  • International customers are responsible for all import, tariff and customs fees associated with their country.
  • Freight charges will be computed by the website before you complete your order.
  • We are unable to ship aerosol products by any way other then ground or parcel post.
  • Priority Mail times are not guaranteed by the post office nor AllStitch. 
  • UPS only delivers during the week, so Next Day Air is delivered the next working business day.

Please Read Regarding Shipping Hours & Time-sensitive Orders:

  • During normal business hours of operations, we ship orders Monday - Friday. We do not ship on Saturday & Sunday.
  • When placing next day and other time sensitive orders, please keep these hours of operation, including any potential holiday hours, in mind.
  • Next day orders placed after freight carrier afternoon 2pm cut-off are not guaranteed for next day. In these cases, it will add an additional business day to your shipping time.

Aerosol Products

  • We are unable to ship aerosol products by any way other then ground or parcel post.

International Shipping

  • We ship via UPS & US Postal Service. We ship all over the world. However, this may involve longer shipping times and higher shipping costs. 
    • We do not offer rush delivery options for international orders
