2mm Puffy Foam for 3D Machine Embroidery - 12" x 18" Green Sheet

PuffyStitch™ is a specialized foam used for creating the raised, three-dimensional embroidered lettering and other design elements especially popular on baseball caps.  PuffyStitch™ is sandwiched between the fabric and satin stitches during the embroidery process to create a tall profile for logos, letters, mascots, etc. that stands up on top of the material.  Besides caps, puff embroidery can also be done on garments, jackets, bags, backpacks and more.  PuffyStitch™ Puff Foam is available in  2mm, 3mm and 6mm thicknesses and comes in 12” x 18” sheets in a variety of colors.
